If you don’t see your order when you log into your user portal, please try refreshing the page or waiting a few minutes.
Most of the time, your order will populate in a minute or two. If not, it is possible that:

Most likely, you are logged into the wrong account. The email you entered at checkout is the email your order will be attached to.

Please double-check the email you ordered at checkout and make sure to set-up your account for that e-mail and login with those details.

Sometimes, if you used express checkout through Shop, PayPal, or just used autofill; you may have ordered using an older or different email.

Less likely, but it is possible our system is having trouble syncing your order. If you are absolutely certain that your portal account matches your checkout email, but your order is not showing up - please reach out to us via hello@doron.supply
