If you ordered a product a while ago and are seeing "Item No Longer Available" when you go to re-download:
No worries - as of March 2025 we have transitioned to a new file download system. If you placed an order before then, you still have access to your downloads - however, they will be accessed differently. All orders now route to a user portal that you may set up an account with to retrieve your past downloads. To do so, head to this link to set a password for your portal account (be sure to use the same email that you originally used on your order). Following the setup of your account, you can login here to find your purchase/downloads.
