Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use these assets on other programs like Procreate, Canva etc.? Products such as texture kits can be used on any image editing program that supports formats like .png, .tiff, .jpg etc. - So any texture kit like Worn Plastisol, Printer Noise, etc. can be used by other programs. However, any product that is a template, plugin, action set, or brush set for Photoshop can be read only by Photoshop (e.g. DEPTHTONE, mobChain, VINTONE, etc.) Why am I not receiving the 'Set Password' email? If you are not receiving the email to set your account password, first be sure to check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, please try setting your password via SMS here: https://portal.doronsupply.com/password/reset-via-sms (PS: If you used PayPal express checkout, the SMS password reset option will not be available for you as you were not required to input your phone number at checkout). Please reach out to hello@doron.supply and I will assist you manually. I placed an order a while ago but the link doesn't work anymore, where can I redownload? As of March 2025 we have transitioned to a new file download system. If you placed an order before then, you still have access to your downloads - however, they will be accessed differently. All orders now route to a user portal that you may set up an account with to retrieve your past downloads. To do so, head to this link to set a password for your portal account (be sure to use the same email that you originally used on your order): https://portal.doronsupply.com/password/reset Following the setup of your account, you can login here to find your purchase/downloads: https://portal.doronsupply.com/ Why are half of the textures/files I downloaded corrupted or unreadable? In some instances, when you unarchive/unzip an archived (.zip) file, your system may create unreadable duplicates of each file originally zipped ( these files are often marked by an underscore or period in front of the original file name i.e. '._'. ) - All of these duplicate files will be unreadable by your system and therefore you can simply delete them. All of the textures included in the kit will be readable by your system. Where can I see instructional videos on how to use these tools? I have a number of tutorials and demos for my products within the following YouTube playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-jGWGqCbH8uAgDvi-SJnLFYo0NdCJ1aB How can I download the assets after my purchase? After your purchase, you will immediately be sent an email with info on how to download your products. My download was missing files upon opening? All downloads are zipped, meaning all the files will be in there once unzipped no matter what. If any files are not included, it's intentional. The installation guide included with your order is a general/blanket booklet sent with all downloads, and the files you must install are dependent on the product at hand. For instance, if the product only contains Actions (.atn) & Patterns (.pat) then you only need to install those files, etc. You will not be missing any files. Where can I learn to design? I host a YouTube channel where I record tutorials for certain concepts within design. If you have a basic knowledge of Photoshop I highly recommend you start there; https://www.youtube.com/@DoronStudio/videos Can I use your assets for commercial use? All our products are open for personal and commercial use once purchased. When will my order ship? These are digital downloads, not physical products. No product is being shipped to you. These exist exclusively in a digital space and are meant for Adobe Photoshop and other image editing programs.

Product Compatibility & Universal Formats

We create tools designed to give you the best experience inside Adobe Photoshop, but compatibility can vary depending on the file type. This guide explains what works where, so you know exactly how and where you can use your purchase. Photoshop Presets Our Photoshop presets include assets like brushes (.ABR), actions (.ATN), gradients (.GRD), layer styles (.ASL), and patterns (.PAT). - Compatibility: These formats are native to Photoshop and require Adobe Photoshop CC (2018 or newer) for full functionality. - Other Programs: While some third-party editors (such as Affinity Photo, Procreate, or Krita) may claim limited support for certain Photoshop preset formats, results are often inconsistent. We recommend using these presets in Photoshop only. Photoshop Plugins Our plugins are CCX files, which are installed automatically through the Adobe Creative Cloud app. - Compatibility: These are made for Photoshop CC and typically do not work in other image editors. - Other Programs: Most photo editing applications outside of Photoshop cannot load .ccx plugins. Universal Formats Some of our products, such as texture kits or overlay packs, are delivered in universal file formats like PNG, JPEG, or TIFF. - Compatibility: These formats can be opened in virtually any image editing program, including Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, Krita, GIMP, and more. - Advantages: - Cross-platform and cross-software compatibility. - No installation required — simply open or import the files into your preferred software. - Full resolution preserved. Example: A grunge texture kit in PNG format can be imported into Photoshop as a new layer, dropped into Procreate on an iPad, or applied as a texture in a 3D program that supports image-based materials. Overview - Photoshop presets and plugins are best used in Photoshop for guaranteed performance. - Universal format products like PNG, JPEG, and TIFF offer the most flexibility and can be used across many programs. This applies to things like our Worn Plastisol Textures, Printer Noise Textures, Aged Photocopy Textures, etc.

About Our Bundles

Our bundles are curated collections of products designed to give you the most value and versatility for your creative projects. They combine multiple tools into a single purchase at a discounted price, so you can get everything you need in one go. What’s Included Each bundle contains full versions of the listed products in the product description. You will get the same features, files, and resources as if you purchased each item individually. Our most popular bundles include: - Diamond Bundle - includes every item available on the storefront at the time of your purchase, e.g. our full collection of assets, templates, fonts, mockups, etc. - Silver Bundle - includes our full collection of design tools and assets aside from our clothing mockups. - Merchandise Master Kit - includes everything you need to start creating brilliant, vintage-inspired merch designs. Access & Downloads When you purchase a bundle, you’ll receive: - Instant Access in your User Portal to download each included product individually. - Any included plugins come with their own license codes, just like individual purchases. When you purchase a bundle, you will receive the items included in that bundle at the time of your purchase. If any items are added to the store or bundle at a later date, you will have to purchase those separately. We currently do not offer a lifetime access offer, but we are considering creating a bundle that includes everything on the storefront + lifetime access to any new products. If you purchased a bundle prior to July 28, 2025 - you may have noticed that your bundle was updated every time new products were added to the site. Unfortunately we have had to discontinue this feature: When I first created the bundles, I did not intend or expect to change and update the product catalogue as much as they have been recently. Due to this, we've had to change some of the terms related to bundles. If you purchased a bundle prior to 07/28/2025, any changes made to the bundle were grandfathered in because I did not clearly specify continued access when new products were released. Now, as we're looking to introduce a true 'Lifetime Bundle', we will no longer retroactively update our current bundles when new products are released. However, because these terms weren't specified initially, I'd like to offer 50% off all new products indefinitely: As long as you order using the same email / details you originally used to purchase the bundle, you can use the code "BUNDLER" for 50% off of your order (only applies to those who purchased our Silver or Diamond Bundle).
