I’m having issues downloading my files.

- We recommend Chrome or Firefox for the most consistent results. If you’re having issues with downloading, try switching browsers or using your system’s stock browser e.g. Microsoft Edge or Safari.

- In rare cases, temporary network congestion can cause interruptions. Waiting a few minutes before retrying may resolve the issue.
